Can't believe I'm still pregnant!  Really thought my daughter would be here by now. I'll be induced next week unless she comes before and I'm hoping she does because I really don't want to be induced :( any tips on how to bring labor on naturally?

Pressure points!! It worked for me... my son was 39wks and 5days I didn't want to be induced either... so my sister & I went for a nice slow walk went home and her and a friend of ours rubbed the pressure points on my feet... around midnight I started getting contractions!!! I sooo plan on doing it again wit this bby if his not here by then!!

40+2 weeks today as well! Did a ton of walking yesterday, had some contractions but they stopped after a couple hours. :( I'm going to go walking again today. Haven't lost my MP that I know of. My doctor told me if you're a first time Mom and you start having contractions to get up and walk or bounce. You want to encourage them to keep coming. Also, sex doesn't work for everyone. I did last night, still pregnant. Haha. Good luck!

also with sex. i read it only helps if the guy ejaculates inside because there's something he has that is like the medication used to induce.. good luck!

Thank you. And okay I will ease up on the walking. Doesn't seem to be doing anything anyways..I've been trying to be relaxed but it's hard because I'm just so anxious

I've tried walking. I've walk 3 miles every night for the past 3 nights and nothing! :( not wanting to have sex because my daughter is so low and I know it's going to hurt. Thanks ladies! Good luck to both of you :)

My doctor won't let me go past next week because my daughter is already on the big side and he's worried she'll be too big for a vaginal birth. So I'm just really wanting her to come before my induction on thursday(I'll be 41w&2d). I had a membrane sweep Monday and lost my mucus plug Tuesday so I really thought labor was going to happen but it hasn't yet and I'm feeling very disappointed :(

I am 40wks+2days and feel the same. Really thought my baba would be in my arms by now. I got a membrane sweep today by midwife.  Its supposed to help induce labour. All ppl are different but its worth a try if u havnt had one yet. I have another membrane sweep booked for nxt week incase i dont go into labour and then finally a few days after will be getting induced ekkk! Dont want that. My midwife said 3 key factors to get you going are; hot bath, hot curry & hot sex. Good luck ♡

It won't be long now. Unless something is wrong with bub I would avoid induction, baby will come when they are ready & induced labour is supposed to be more painful.  I'm 39 weeks today & going to hold out until 42 weeks or until dr says otherwise.
