Dont worry the doctor told me anxiety just affects you. Not baby my babys heart rate was 140 so thats ok if your baby was 130 its normal bc babys heart rate beats faster than ours bc they are little plus just to have a peice of mind relax your babys pummping more blood to hid or her heart to get healthy. Their heart rate sounds like horse racing. Goodluck

Is that you bpm? Not baby's? If it's baby's it's normal. If it's yours it is quite fast, 200 is incredibly fast, I imagine you'd feel breathless and panicked. No amount of bpm is a stroke though, they are completely different things. Try to do some breathing exercises, long slow deep breaths, calming & should help to bring that bpm down.
