nightmares

I'm 7 weeks, and ever since I got pregnant I have been having nightmares. The nightmare is usually about me waking up to a stranger standing over my bed. I will sceam, jump up, and wake my husband. I'm sure it is because all of the hormones, but has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to stop it?

Theres not much you can do. Mine were bad the first trimester but so far the second hasnt been as bad. But my dreams were so horrible I didnt want to go back to sleep or if wake up shaking from the stress of the dream, mine had demonic qualitys, people being possesed and other imaginative stuff. They were awful. Sorry your going through it to.
