question about my 2 year old!

My 2 year old has been putting his fingers down his throat to make himself gag n he'll laugh about it so idk if its for attention or if he's anemic cuz my 15 month old did that but didn't laugh afterward n the predation told me i was giving hin too much milk so my 2 year old drinks chocolate milk all day long. So do u ladies think my 2 year old could b anemic too?

I'd be more worried about the chocolate milk all day long. He is just getting to learn his body and if you react to it he will do it again and again for attention. If your concerned call the doctor and get a blood test

It is normal my one yr old who turns two this month does the same thing. They are learning their actions can make their bodies do things and that is a normal part of child development. They also do the things for attention, at this age they love to have people look at them.

Probably just for attention... my 2yr old does crazy stuff most ppl would think is gross or painful but he does it for alil than moves on to something else. (Examples...fake sneezing, gagging self, throwing self on floor n saying ouch)

This question is for the toddler forum. If you question if they are anemic. The doctor can take a simple blood test and tell you. Normally there are other signs. Eating paper, dirt, tired all the time. Start feeding them more protein. It sounds like the oldest is just wanting a reaction and he thinks it's funny.

I think its prolly for attention. The one prolly didn't laugh cus it bothered him. The other prolly laughed cus he thought it was funny. Cut out the chocolate milk to a cup or two a day.
