Do low impact versions of the moves & minimize abdominal work.
i've been doing squats all first trimester in pilates - absolutely no problems.
lunges can be an issue later on. My instructor is specifically trained in pre-natal work outs
Squats are good for you definitely but just take it easy first trimester :) After ur over the hump go for it lol.
Lovvveee zumba! Used to do it all the time! I have it on wii as well so I do it here and there! :))
I wouldn't jump, but properly performed squats are good for you.
Just to be on safe side dont want u hurting urself in first trimester. I was told by my doctor to take it easy. But I came from two miscarriages before.
Why no squats? I've see mining that says they are a problem in the first trimester and strongs gluts and hamstrings will really help later on in pregnancy.
Im a Zumba instructor im also 11w3d I do zumba 4x a week rt now. I just modify no jumping no squats. Make sure u hv plenty of water and sit down if u need to rest. I also hv plenty of students in my class that are pregnant. If ur body was used to it I dont see a big issue.
If you were doing it.before, there is no reason to stop. Just don't push yourself to much. And drink water during class.
I kept up with my Pilates class I stated.before pregnancy. I talked to the teacher, they are fine with, just let them know if something isn't feeling right. So far, everything is good and I have very strung abs
You may continue your regular preprego exercise routine as long as u are tolerating it well. Exercise is healthy in pregnancy and good for both u and baby. I exercise 5 days/week just as I did preprego and feel great :)
Your fine just done lift too much weight if involved and stop if over tired or get cramps.
Any kind of work out you did before pregnancy (regularly) is okay to do during pregnancy.
I would say wait. And follow up with doctor advise because everyone pregnancy is different
