17 days late!!!
first off im not stressed out and live a happy healthy life.. i havent taken and new medication and i havent been on birth control in 3 years.. I am now 17 days late.. After being 6 days late i had some weird discharge (pinkish brown spotting) on and off for 5 days.. the third day was more reddish brown with tiny stingy clots.. the last two days it was just brown but only when i wiped.. i never filled up a tampon.. My period is never more than a day late/early so this is never happened to me before.. Around the time of the spotting i was cramping, bloated and nauseated to the point of throwing up.. The cramping wasnt horrible like when im on my period.. Now i just feel a dull pain near my pelvic area (more annoying than anything) and stabbing pains in my breasts as if someone keeps randomly stabbing them.. (my boobs never hurt when menstruating).. I took a htp 3 days ago and it was negative..

I'm in the same boat, I'm now 20 days late for my actual period to show up. However, I have had spotting on and off moreso when I'm too active. I'm currently awaiting my blood test results to come back next week and I'm anxious to find out. The dr believes I am pregnant but wants to check levels to make sure I am not possibly miscarrying, though I also have family history of bleeding first trimester and low HCG. And have an ultrasound booked for april 30. I want nothing more than to be preg despite the issues with the father.

If you think there's a chance your pregnant, but it come back negative, take another in 2 weeks time. The test is looking for a hormone produced by been pregnant, but sometimes the baby doesn't create enough straight away to be picked up by a test, so you should wait two weeks and take another. If it's still negative then, then you should see a doctor in case it's something else.
I've been taking prenatals and taking care of myself as if I'm pregnant.. I'm going to wait till the 5th of April and if I'm late again I'm going to schedule an appointment to take a blood test and ultrasound.. I tried to make an appt. but my doctor won't see me till I'm one month late.. She doesn't want me to waist money since I don't have health insurance at the moment..

Maybe you should see your doctor and ask for a blood test to check you HGC levels, blood is more accurate then urine. Also first morning urine is the most accurate, and apparently those clearblue digital tests are the best. Hope this helped. (:
