2 positive PT but no baby found but a little sac in the cervix what does it mean?

My last mens is Sept 28, I didn't have my period on the month of October and tested pregnancy test on Nov 3 at 4 in the morning both came up positive result, I got an ultrasound last Nov 5 and the result is this
IMPRESSION:
*Normal Anteverted uterus with slightly thickend endometrium
*enlarged left ovary with phisyiologic cystic component
*minimal posterior cul de sac fluid
*unremarkable right ovary, adnexae and cervix.

The doctor said that he can't see the 2 months baby but their is a possibility that the sac he sees in my cervix is my baby or a fluid.

What does it mean, please help? do I'm really pregnant?

When your ovulate isn't set in stone at a certain time after your period so it could just be early. I ovulate very late in my cycle so my first scans are always a little off.
Stay positive and wait for the second scan

Hi, I had went through same in last pregnancy, at 7 weeks baby not seen , only empty sac was visible,  a week later I had scan again and unfortunately came to know it was blighted ovum, which resembles pregnancy but baby would not have grown or left sac, but try not to worry u should undergo scan again after week or 10 days to confirm that... Good luck...
