Birth Control Side Effects or Pregnancy?

I have been taking my birth control pill for a full month now. I was supposed to start the second pack on November 13th, but due to me being out of town, I was unable to get access to my prescription until that Monday, November 14th. On Monday, I took both the Sunday and Monday pill. I took my active pills normally on Tuesday, Wednesday, and forgot to take my pill Thursday, so I made that up on Friday, by taking the Thursday pill and my normal Friday pill. I had unprotected sex that Saturday night, but my boyfriend did not ejaculate in me. I then forgot to take my pill Saturday and took it on Sunday, along with my normal Sunday pill. It is now too late for me to take Plan B, although most people suggest that you don't take Plan B while on the pill. I know that my risk for pregnancy has gone up, but I would like some peace of mind, as to the percentage in which I am not protected. I have not been getting adequate sleep because I am so paranoid and I believe I have started coming up with pregnancy symptoms just based off of this situation. Please help me ease my mind.I have also been experiencing some pain on my lower right abdomen and the pain has worked its way up to my back on the right side. I also realized that I started to have some dark brown spotting on November 23rd, which has followed me into today. I am not due for another period until December 7th, and my last period was from November 6th-12th,2016. I woke up this morning to find that the dark brown blood has turned more to a dark red. When I wipe, the red blood is more prevalent. Could this be implantation bleeding? I'm not in a position to take care of a child, hence my being on birth control.
