7 days late: hpt still negative!

I need some words of wisdom please!I am currently 7 days late (usually like clockwork) but my hpt shows up negative (test done when I was 5 days late) I am experiencing symptoms such as nausea, breast tenderness and cramping but as far as the test is concerned I am not pregnant! I have spent a small fortune on these hp tests and just get more and more anxious everytime they show up negative. AAArrrgh! I have ventured "up there" and have noticed that my cervix is very high up and that the opening has turned upward. There is no sign of spotting just a little discharge. Any advice or similar experiences which have resulted in a pregancy? Feeling so frustrated! Where is that tub of Haagen Dazs?!

I am 10 days late, neg hpt 4 days and 7 days ago. have pregnancy symptoms, but unsure what is going on. I have a very regular period 28 day cycle. going to the obgyn on thursday. will probably take another hpt on wednesdya anyway.

6 BFN and 6 days late. I can't take this! Doc appointment on Wednesday if no AF. It has been a year of trying.

This exact same thing just happened to me, I was 15 days late and I'm never late!
I had 6 negative tests. As we were trying for a baby the hospital said I should go in for a blood test and scan as she explained that even though it is fairly rare some women don't produce enough HCG quickly enough to show a positive on a home pregnancy test and even minute amounts will show in a blood test.

I had my scan and blood tests today and I am not pregnant, they checked my ovaries and all looks fine so they think my period skipped for some other reason such as stress or the weight I have lost recently. She said it can be quite common for a period to be very late or go astray for an unknown reason and it isn't generally something to worry about.
I was given provera to start me bleeding again so hopefully my periods will be regular again after the provera treatment.

You should have a HCG blood test just to be sure, my cousin showed negative home tests for weeks and when she had a blood test she was 12 weeks pregnant!

hi my name is stacy i am 17 n i have mest up period days cuz i was pregnant before but had a miscarriage n its been 9 days now since i havnt had my peroid i took 2 test n came out negative i have no syptoms but my feet hurt n i have shortning of breath i dont know if i should go to the doctors but im not assigned 2 this hospital n e more im assined to a hospital in san antonio do u think i can still go to a clinic here i have tricare cuz my sis is in the army idk what to do the last pregnacy i didnt think i was pregnant but i was n i waited 2 late to go to the doctors n had a miscariage i dont want it to be like dat again if i am pregnant

i am currently 2 weeks late and still getting n results, i have headaches and feel sick to my stomach all the time, what to do?  i once had a friend that kept on tacing test all neg when she went to dr found out she was 3 months along

i feel your pain i expected my af on the 12th of april so now im 8 days late im having all the signs bloating, gas, heartburn, morning sickness, darkening aereolas boobs getting bigger, i see veins in my breasts that i couldnt see before a discharge a minor headache some cramps occasionally but not bad (sry if tmi) i took a few hpts and all came out negative so far some girls from work think im crazy and that its all in my head because they took a test right b4 their af and it came out pos....but my one friend kept goin and kept goin to th edoc and he kept telling her no shes not so she switched docs and found out a few weeks ago that shes 8 wks oh yeah i went on fri and took a blood test came back negative but if my af doesnt show up soon and still neg hpt then im headed to a different doc good luk and ill keep you posted!!! baby dust!!!!
