Having pregnancy symptoms, But Aren't pregnant.

I've really been having bad aches and pains in my stomach and most of the symptoms. My boyfriend has been feeling low too but we just dont think were pregnant. Every concerned because I had a indecent had a drink one night with friends and kept throwing up literally couldn't stop,  but as I thpught about it i dont throw up just need some answer's anyone please.

Hi.  These are not really pregnancy symptoms.  Early pregnancy actually often produces few symptoms in women (and none in men.  :>) your boyfriend feeling low would have nothing to do with pregnancy)--  with being a bit more tired than usual being the thing you hear most often.  At around 6 to 7 weeks into a pregnancy, women will start to report morning sickness and breast tenderness.  Morning sickness is not pains, severe throwing up typically but more a feeling of being nauseated that comes and goes.  So, you really do not describe pregnancy symptoms.  Have you considered seeing a doctor?  I would do this if this persists.  You at have a gastrointestinal issue that needs to be sorted out.  And a pregnancy test is another route to take if you want to be 100 percent positive you aren't pregnant. good luck
