Can I get pregnant when I had sex before 8 days of my period?
Me and my boyfriend started having sex. But before penetration the condom broke and the condom just had precum. But he removed the condom. But after sometime my bf touched my vagina. But he touched his precum before and when he touched my vagina his hands were dry. Can I get pregnant?
I get my period around 26-28 days and According to my cycle it is 20th day of the cycle. If I get my period now can I be sure that I will not get pregnant? And please tell me if I can get pregnant with these things?

Technically you can get pregnant any time you have unprotected sex. *8 days before your period could be problematic and in the range of when you were ovulating.
If he just touched your vagina though, then I would not be concerned. A penis generally has to enter your vagina. I would say you are not pregnant.
The days you give with 8 days and 20th day and 26 to 28 days are hard to follow. good luck
