Am I pregnant, or just paranoid?

At the beginning of the month I had a sexual encounter with someone. We didn't have penetrative sex, but he did grind on me around my genitals with his. I have read so many mixed reviews about if you can become pregnant from this or not. Since then I have contracted a Urinary Tract Infection and a "big *** ovarian cyst" according to my doctor. I have been experiencing a few early signs of pregnancy, but they are also symptoms that come along with UTI's and ovarian cysts. So, do you think that there is the possibility that I could be pregnant, or is my body just torturing me?

Highly highly doubt you are pregnant. I have mistaken early signs of pregnancy with a UTI and not to long after I started my AF. I believe you are fine but should be taking care of your UTI
