Am I pregnant or not?

Hello. I've been having missed period for 4 days. I've took a home pregnancy test twice but it's all negative. I have loss of appetite, I don't eat much, sexually inactive. I've been ungdergoing sever personal problems since last February 14. Am I just stressed?

Could just be stress the only way you're going to find out if you're pregnant or not is by doing a test. Maybe go to your doctors and request they do a test

But I don't want to go see a doctor. I'm ashamed. Can I just take a home pregnancy test after a week? Maybe Feb. 24 or 28?

I don't think there's a way you can make your period come just do another test in a few days that's the only way your going to find out. Or you may aswell just go to doctor wether your ashamed or not, if you are pregnant you are going to have to go and see doc anyway

Still having irregular sleeping patterns here.
Loss of appetite.
Some senior people notices my stomach is getting smaller than usual.
I cry once a day for the past 4 days.
I found no discharge or even spotting.

By the way, if I am depressed, how can i make my period come? Can you recommend some activities  or ways?
