Am I pregnant? symptoms and now cramps

Ok this will be slightly long winded, I apologize in advance.

6 days ago I begin experiencing all of the early pregnancy signs....nausea, vomiting, tired all time, sore nipples, the whole nine yards....I took a hpt and it was negative, I called my obgyn just to ask and they booked an appt for next week.
But now I am experiencing cramps and I'm just curious on what you all think....has anyone ever had this happen before?

Thank you! I'm generally always on time with my period....I was supposed to have it three weeks ago and just spotted for the first day, that was it

You could be pregnant, or these could be pre menstrual symptoms. Also, I got negative pregnancy tests all up until about 8 weeks. Just go to your doctor's appointment, good luck!
