Am I pregnant?

Hi, I am 42, had my tubes tied in 1998 after my third child. My last cycle was Sept. 6th. I have all the pregnancy symptoms from nausea to breast tenderness, etc... I have taken 3 H.P.T and had a blood test done, all negative. My Dr. said if it was ectopic/tubal pregnancy I would already know by now. I still have pregnancy symptoms and no cycle. I should have had a cycle start on 10/3. I am regular every 28 days. I went in for a physical this week and the Dr. ordered all lab work , I go back next Tuesday for the pap and lab results. Could I still be pregnant?

You might be going through early menopause. This is something your Dr will check for. If you were late and had a blood test done it would have shown if you were pregnant.

Just wanted to add the Dr did diagnose a urinary infection and gave me prescriptions. Cipro and Zofran for the nausea. I have had a urinary infection before many years ago but i had no noticible symptoms this time and the Dr is a family practitioner. Just wanted to give all information :)
