Am I really pregnant?

I took two pregnancy tests and both are positive? Can the tests be wrong? I took two. I have been experiencing menstrual cramps but no period, and I am very late. I might have also experienced implantation bleeding which happened early in April and it didn't seem like a normal period, it was shorter, lighter, light pink and no cramps. I always get cramps during my period. Am I really pregnant?

I think you are pregnant---  the tests don't lie.  They detect the hormones a pregnancy creates that aren't normally present.  False positive pregnancy tests are very rare.  So, ya.  /Think you are pregnant.  Congrats.
