Are antibiotics safe while ttc?

I have pharyngitis and saw my Dr yesterday he prescribed Keflex 500mg. I told him that o was ttc he was very casual about the whole thing just told me id be fine. Doesnt put my mind at ease and after further googling im still unsure. Its mainly says speak with your Dr (which was done & was futile) but doesnt otherwise specify side effects whille ttc/pregnant. If anyone has any info about this id greatly appreciate it! Throat like razorblades but id rather suffer than damage my forming baby. 4days til i can take a test & hopefully find out!

no antibiotics will not hurt the baby if you are pregnant. and since its so early I don't think that they would. when I was pregnant they had to give me a z-pack because I had bronchitis. and I was like 6 months pregnant. so I hope this helps a little bit.
