Breakthrough bleeding and then no period

Hello everyone! So I am a little worried recently and I thought I would ask before going to the doctor:

I have nexplanon in my arm, I am on year 2 of it.... I've had implanon before and had no periods, but with this one, I have always had normal periods. Normally I start around the 25th of every month; AND last month everything was fine... then one WEEK after my period, I had another full 8-9 day period. Now I am one week late having my period (It's the 1st of the month).

I am not sure if that would be normal then... maybe I just have no more to bleed for another month since it was so much! But recently I have been having like a white creamy discharge and I am starting to be worried that I could be pregnant? Is that a possibility? As I have had my nexplanon in my arm for over 2 years, there is no change to anything that I have been doing, but just strangely I have had a long breakthrough bleeding and then nothing! Any advice?
