Can I become pregnant?

So I’m on Lo Loestrin fe for about 2 months now, I was on Nexplanon before. Anyways about 2 1/2 weeks ago I was on Metronidazole and had unprotected sex on the 5th day, the nurse told me to use condoms for 8 days. I also missed my last “active white pill” (before 2 Placebo pills) Friday 3/9, had unprotected sex and didn’t realize till Monday. I took my Wednesday pill 3/14 about 17 hours late. Is it possible I can become pregnant?

Ya, could have gotten pregnant if you did not heed the nurse's advice to use a second protection of a condom and you forgot pills. Birth control will only be effective if you follow the instructions, hon.  Good luck and you can test 2.5 weeks after the sex to find out.  good luck

I’ve been throwing up for about 5 days straight and have clear watery discharge for 2 days. If I am pregnant, isn’t it to soon to have symptoms?

Things like nausea/vomiting usually don't start until 6 to 7 weeks.  Discharge is never reliable so I wouldn't worry about that.  So, I wouldn't say symptoms are what you should go by.  But if you don't get your period, take a test at 2.5 weeks as it does sound like you potentially risked pregnancy hon.  good luck
