Clear white sac

So, just exactly a month ago, i went and used the bathroom...and after, i saw a clear white sac and it looked like it had little back like dots in it, next day i was bleeding heavy. I had back pains. I took a pregnancy test few days before my expected period and it showed not pregnant. Before i started my period, i’ve been having cramps and a little pain in my left abdomen and its been feeling sore the past couple days. I never went to the doctor, but when i get into town, im going to make an appointment and explain to the doctor what happened. Because i’m thinking i had a miscarriage? Or might be pregnant? I dont know. Because i’m ALWAYS tired, puking after meals (mainly lunch) a little bit of smelling stuff. My sister thinks i’m pregnant. But i’m unsure.

Well, pregnancy tests are pretty accurate and yours is negative.  That's a pretty good sign you aren't pregnant.  If you are seeing your doctor, they can do a test there and you'll know for sure.  women do have chemical pregnancies and early miscarriages.  I do have a friend that had a miscarriage at around 12 weeks and found a little sac type thing in the toilet when it happened.  Often women just bleed as you describe.  So, maybe you had a miscarriage but it would be hard to ever really know.  Anyway, make an appointment with your doctor as you are planning and go from there.  Please come back and tell us what they say.
