Confused is it a normal period or am i pregnant?

I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend about 4 times now but he has been pulling it when he is gonna ejaculate, now I have had neusea and felt faint over the last week and had very bad cramps within the bottom of my stomach and I have just had a dark shade of red blood very heavy in my knickers I am constantly very heavy at the moment and am still having the abdomal pains could you please help me and tell me is this just my period or am i pregnant? thank you

Sounds like your on your period. Ive always had nausea with my heavy flows. Bleeding is not normal with pregnancy. Spotting which doesn't really need more than a panty liner is a sign of pregnancy. Also, you may be having a spontaneous miscarriage. They are common and usually just feel like a really heavy period. Maybe check with your obgyn if your unsure.
