I Had My Implant Rod Out On The 27th March And 29th March I Had Unprotected Sex With My Partner But 2 Days Before My Rod Was Due To Come Out I Had Unprotected Sex Too... On The 31st March I Had Brown Discharge And Little Bit Of Blood When I Wiped But It Only Lasted A Day..
Ive Took A Pregnancy Test And Its Come Back Not Pregnant.. Can Anyone Help Me With Some Advice?

That's normal. When I got my implant taken out, I had the same thing. It might even take a little while to get your periods back on track and everything should be back to normal in 3 months. You can test in a few weeks if you're unsure, but it's highly unlikely that you're pregnant

You probably are not pregnant.  It is normal to expect some light bleeding/bloody discharge after any form of intrauterine device is added or removed.
