Confusion

I dont knowb if I'm pregnant. I'm showing my tummy is hard, and my fiancé is convinced more then I am that I'm pregnant. Even his mother and whole family and mine. My last period was a light 3 day period maybe 4. Its usually extreme and lasts 10 days. We have unprotected sex all the time but recently has been crazy. In the past month I've been throwing up, craving, extremely tired for no reason, moody, back pain, slight cramps the past two weeks and so much more. I haven't had a period in a month and 4 days other theb that small one. I can't fit into any of my pants, its only my stomach area popping out in a baby bump not like fat. My stomachs hard my breasts and nipples are extremely sensitive like never before so I made a dct. Apt. Tomorrow and I don't know what to do or th ink. I popped the button off my work pants and I can't even button them anymore. And twinning is deep in my family

I did it came out positive. But when I was before it didn't show I was till I was around 2 months and I lost it.

Why haven't you taken a home pregnancy test? That's obviously your first step.
