Could I be pregnant? Bleed for weeks, then missed a period

So in February I was bleeding for 2-3 weeks, went to my doctor had an ultrasound and she told me that my lining was thin and that was the cause. I asked if I needed to stop taking it or switch she said no that it was fine. I was mid pack when I went. I'm on the pill(tri-sprintec). I finished that pack and went onto my sugar pills I was still bleeding so didn't pay any mind. The bleeding stopped and was already on a new pack, finished that pack was on my sugar pills and no period. Then came Sunday the day I start a fresh pack and still no period, here I am one week into the new pack and no period. I'm not sure if the bleeding from February would have anything to do with me not having a period now. Just not sure if I should wait until next month and see if I get my period or just take a test.
