Could I be pregnant?

Hi Ladies! I am 20yrs old and currently 33 days late :/ I took 5 pregnancy tests, but came back negative. My next cycle is suppose to start in 3-5 days, but that's roughly guessing. I also have endometriosis and bleed 3x a month. However, I have only spotted and can barely even call it that. My fiancee and I have been together 7.5yrs, and just started trying to conceive in the last two, with one miscarriage: ( in which I didn't even know I was pregnant til that day. I am showing all signs, but I'm to nervous to test again or go to OBGYN.I did however check my cervix and its stayed high, hard, and closed since 04/05 (estimated day of conception). Any advice would be helpful. I have had 3 other miscarriages as well but never showed pregnancy symptoms, also because of the endometriosis, I have low HcG levels.

Also, I've had no onset signs of AF arriving either. My endo causes me to cramp, which is everyday so I'm not to paranoid about that. I did take a PT at work, and it came back faintly positive.  But my Dr said that a PT around expected cycle date can give a false positive and it also took the full 3 minutes to get a reading. Which in my case it normally takes like 30 seconds lol I am extremely excited but also extremely scared. Ive been eating and drinking like I am expecting to be safe, since I'm almost 5 wks late. Wish me luck ladies.

I scheduled a blood test for the week after expected menses date. That way my tests will be more accurate.
