can you still have a period but be pregnant ?
my period was a week & a few days late, the day before it began to actually bleed I began to spot (I never spot), my period is pretty regular and for it to even be a week late, I had all the pregnancy symptoms which is why I was confused when I got my period, I took pregnancy tests the day my period was missed & they came back negative, what should I do ?

@imechelle omg thanks for letting me know I was a little sad when shouldI retest I have a doctors appointment for the 26th but I was gonna cancel it, because I figured it was irreverent but now I have hope .

I bleed heavy from June 6th till June 10th. Test was neg 6/6 and positive 6/10! On 6/12 hcg levels where 76. I had bleeding and clots and cramping! Its concidered a threatened miscarriage but I'm still pregnant! 5w2d.

If you got your period,  you are probably not pregnant.  Especially if the bleeding is more than spotting.  A baby can't implant with no blood lining.  That lining is needed to provide nourishment to baby.

Some women have been known to get a period whike being preg but its not very common try taking another test early in the morning in bout a weeks time if u are the test should pick it up
