Could I be pregnant???

I am 16 days late. I had been on birth control for 4 months and desided to quit taking it. I missed my period so I started taking it again because when I was younger I had issues with my period and my doctor put me on birth control to make me have regular periods. I am having pain in my chest and my ovaries feel swollen. I just wondered if I could be pregnant and if I am will the birth control hurt the baby?

^That's not entirely true. There are a few brands specifically designed to build up in your system so you don't get pregnant when you accidentally miss a day or more. What brand were you taking?

When u stop taking it it is not built up in your system. If you had unprotected sex between the day you stopped and a month after you started taking it again there is like a 90% chance you are pregnant.
