Could I be pregnant?

I don't want a judgmental response I just want some help and clarification.
On Friday my boyfriend and I tried protected sex for the first time, I am not on birth control but he had condoms.. Because he was nervous and paranoid he used up a lot of condoms and would only use the ones he was for sure were good to use. The way we decided to try was he would have the condom on, go inside me and when he felt like he was about to come he would pull out. We did this for a couple of times.. The last time we did it, he may have put the condom on when he was soft and then as soon as he put it inside me the condom broke...
When he realized a couple seconds after that it broke he came out of me, he wasn't close to coming so he didn't come inside me (we hope)
This isn't the end of it, on Saturday I got my wisdom teeth removed, and if some of you have gotten it removed it's a painful process, I'm taking medication for it and it's been making me nauseous... Could I be nauseous from possibly being pregnant or could it actually be because of the medication I am taking.

Someone please help me.
Ps... I am making an appointment with my doctor tomorrow to start on birth control.

I do not expect that you would have gotten pregnant from that and I can say with certainty that you would not experience pregnancy symptoms so shortly after your rendezvous. The medication for your wisdom teeth is a likely source of nausea. Try not to worry, but if you find yourself stressing, take a test in a couple of weeks to put your mind at ease.

You didn't mention what meds you got for your wisdom teeth removal but I'm guessing it's probably a narcotic pain reliever like Vicodin and/or some type of antibiotics. Both of those can and do cause nausea in people, not to mention the whole wisdom tooth extraction process. You may have swallowed some blood from your extraction which will also make you nauseated. So, for all of those reasons I think it's highly likely that you're nauseated from any of those options rather than from anything else.
