Please help me with your advice!!!!!

Hi, can someone out there with the same experience help me? I'm TTC and  I've been with my husband for 8  1/2 years. We were pregnant in 2013, but list due to an etopic, which left me with one tube. My periods change dates sometimes, but the date is always in the date. My period came on May 16 th as usual, but only lasted 3 days, I'm usually 7 and just stopped. My breasts were still sore, and then in June 3-6 I was spotting/ bleeding and it went away. My tenderness in my breasts went away as well. Now my period is due on the 16, by I haven't came on yet. We really want a baby, I'm scared to take a test, has anyone been thru this and it ends up positive??!!
