Could I be pregnant

Hello,

I am on the sprintec birth control pill. I started for the first time the 3rd of September. I had unprotected sex early morning and late night on the 9th of September where he ejcualted in me on both occasions. I took a plan b pill late night on September 11th almost 60 hours after intercourse. Today on the 23rd of September I had very light brown-pink discharge and light cramps this morning. It is now 12am and still no period. Could I be pregnant?

So, taking the pill and plan b alters your hormones.  Hopefully you understand how all of that works.  You basically gave yourself a whopping dose of hormones with the plan B which will throw off someone's hormones for 2 to 3 months after.  Doubt you are pregnant but your body will not follow a typical pattern for a couple of months.  good luck
