Am I pregnant? Help
I’m 6 days late (I always have regular periods) and my nipples in the last two days have became very sore to touch , I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago but came back negative . Thinking it may just be to early to show up .. what’s yalls opinion?
So, really the only thing to do and only way to know is to go ahead and take a test. Is that something you can do soon? Home tests are cheap and easy to find/buy.

Did you have unprotected sex? If you ovulated later than you thought you normally do, it would make your period come later. And we can be late at any time due to stress, changes in routine, illness, weight gain or loss, etc. So, it's hard to say. The unprotected sex part is helpful to know
