No cramping or clots is a good sign. Hopefully someone with a similar experience will comment soon x

The digital ones count since conception, so a doctors gestational count and normal count would add approx two weeks ontop of that. Even so it maybe too soon to be able to see anything on an ultrascan. The best thing to set your mind at ease would be to.see if you can get a hcg blood count. They repeat it to see if your pregnancy hormones are rising. Try to rest as much as you.can, but try also to get an earlier appointment. To ease your stress. I wish you all the luck possible to hold onto your little bean. Xx

No cramping or anything.  I was supposed to start by March 25th. Took HPT 29th said I was pregnant 1-2 (digital with week predictor). But I don't feel pregnant.  No symptoms really. And I have a dr appointment Monday. Very nervous that I've miscarried or blighted ovum. We have 2 sons already.
