Did I have a miscarriage?

I was on the depo shot for 2 years, and when I hit the 2 year mark discontinued the depo shot. I got my period a little over 3 weeks after stopping the depo shot. It was a little light, but felt like my normal periods, before I got on the depo shot. But it lasted the normal 4 days. I had engaged in unprotected sex with my boyfriend two days after my period had ended. Then two weeks after my last period, I received another period just the same, but it felt just like my normal periods. So I had calculated that period would come two later, after this last period. A week after this period my breast were super sore...then my nipples became extremely sore. Simply water touching them in the shower was painful. The  breast/nipple soreness lasted for 11 days. My breast had even increased in size, it was very noticeable Two weeks later after my last period my period didn't come, it ended up coming 3 weeks later. But this period was extremely painful! I spotted first before it came on, and then two days later I woke up and my underwear and all was wet from my period( sorry for the too much info). That morning I was in pain! THe cramping was so bad I had to use Midol, which helped some. I was soaking pads within a few hours. I passed a couple of clots, one was big like a dime, many others were little where when I wiped I saw. That night it got to the point where I couldn't sleep because the cramping and back pain was so bad.For those few days I was feeling gushes of blood rush out. Now today the cramping isn't bad at all, and it feels like I'm having a normal period. The blood flow even feels normal. Sorry for all of nasty and horrible details,,,,,but can any1 tell me do they think I had a miscarriage??!!!

Your AF maybe just regulating itself. I was on the depo shot as well and it took a couple months before mine got regulated. Good luck??

More than likely, no it was not a miscarriage. The timing of when you had sex (unless you ovulate extremely early) and how long your cycles are make this very unlikely to happen. The fact that you also just came off of BC makes it a bit more doubtful. It sounds like your body attempting to readjust itself to coming off of it.
