Dried pre *** then touched myself

Me & my boyfriend haven't had sex and we're not ready to so we do oral sex and we touch each other and a week ago I was touching him and there was this clear fluid and it dried on my hand after a while because I stopped touching him. He touched me but he didn't touch his penis. Later on that day I itchy down there and I put my hand in and scratched myself then realized I hadn't washed my hands. Since then I've been really stressed and now I thought I had my period but now it's very light I'm on the second day of my period & it's been light then heavy then disappears then a while later it'll be light again. I'm usually very heavy the first 3 days.  I don't know if I'm pregnant and this the implantation bleeding or is my period irregular because I've been stressing about this so much that I can't sleep? By the way I touched him like 2 or 3 hours before I touched myself, what's going on? :(
