Feeling weird and so many questions

Hi everyone! This is my first month on ovulation pills "letrozole." I look them on days 3-7 of my cycle like the doc said, then after my period, my husband and I have sex every other day. We started Aug 4th... Then on the 8th, I started experiencing cramping on my right side and back pain. A few days it switched to the left side. My breasts are sensitive. And I feel heavy and tired. I'm obese, but this is not the normal heavy feeling. My BBT is usual 98.4 give or take .1, today the 12th it is 99.1.

I keep taking ovulation tests, Im getting a blood test on the 16th to see if I ovulated, per docs orders. For the pee strips, instead of being pure white like normal, there is a faint but distinct line. Does that mean anything even tho it is considered negative? I also took pregnancy tests which were straight up negative.

We have also been using Blossom cups after sex. When I pull it out, there is clear and white goo... Is that normal or did the sperm just gather there and gelitize? A few times, my husband ejaculated in the cup and I stuck it up there and used a vibrator to orgasm, and I do the whole lay down with pelvis tilted thing all night.

I guess my question is, am I ovulating even if I dont have a LH serge to be positive on the test? Could I be pregnant, but it is too early to know? Is this cramping normal? And I know sperm turns liquidy in minutes, what was that stuff in the cup?

I am scared. Of failing, of imagining things, of being infertile because of my PCOS. But all the women in my family have it and they get pregnant if you look at them crosseyed. I havent talked to my mother in 10 years (she disowned me) and this is one of the times I really need a mother figure.

Please help.
