I have brown spotting 2 weeks before my cycle

I have 4 months taking birth controlo but  sometimes i forget to take the pill and when i woke up today in the morning i had brown spotting in my underwear i put a pad on and im still spotting brown and cramping at times but i dont think it could be my period because its to soon to be it... i really need help im worried i dont know what it is.. can i be pregnant??

It's always possible, but generally a female will ovulate 2 weeks before her period starts. I'd be more inclined to say it's due to ovulation. It's also possible that it's due to you not properly taking your pill. You need to make sure you take it once a day, same time everyday.
