I'm scared that I might be pregnant again too early...

My son of was born on April 27th,2015 and he'll be 3 months this month and my last period was on my 19th birthday and now this month it's near the end of the month and I've been feeling nauseous especially in the morning and in the evening and have been going to the bathroom a lot more and been eating a whole lot more than I was after having my son in April and mood swings and sensitivity to smell more than normal ... I need to know if I need my husband to get me a pregnancy test so we can see if we are again and if we are we're already 3 weeks pregnant and have to apply for Medicaid again to get prenatal care.. I need y'alls opinion if you think I'm pregnant again or should take a pregnancy test

You need to take a pregnancy test to know. Just because your husband says you can't have another baby right now doesn't mean it isn't happening. You need to know for sure. Then you guys can talk about it.
