First, urinating won't really matter as far as a risk for pregnancy- that's pretty much a myth.
Anytime you have unprotected intercourse, there is a chance of pregnancy- even with a condom and birth control, there is a small chance. The amount of time intercourse lasted also doesn't really matter, and even ejaculation done outside won't protect from pregnancy. A woman typically ovulates about 10-15 days after the start of their cycle (first day of their period). Sperm can live 3-5 days in a woman's body. So for example, if, it had been 5 days since day one of her period, and sperm lives 5 more days- there is a chance that having sex a day after the period ends, could result in a pregnancy.
Most likely, pregnancy isn't something you will need to worry about- there are a whole lot of things that have to be in just the 'spot' for a pregnancy to happen- really it's a miracle it does occur for most. But, I also can't say it's impossible- your best course of action is to wait a few weeks and have her take a test, if she is willing. If this pregnancy is something that's going to be a shock and hard to process, make a short list of people that you know you can talk to and if that test is positive, reach out to them for support.
