Is a light period for 3 days, mild cramps but period was late, normal?

I just started being sexually active with my boyfriend on April 8th. Every other day after that we have had protected sex with a condom. Nothing ever broke or slipped. I am not on birth control. He pulled out every time before cuming. My last period was somewhere around March 19th-20th. I just got my period this Tuesday April 26th, it started with cramps that rate a 7.5 out of 10 and It was a light period. Today though I am having mild cramps again but the blood is basically gone. When I wipe I see a little red on the TP. I took two pregnancy tests before my period started and both were negative. I am afraid because the blood is disappearing and it is only the 3rd day of my menstrual flow. Light bleeding isnt normal for me and niether is getting cramps in the middle of my cycle but barely any blood. Should i take another pregnancy test? Could I be pregnant even though the tests said negative twice?
