Is my girlfriend pregnant?

My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex about a month ago (Feb 13) I didn't fully ejaculate inside of her but I might have pulled out and precame. The next day, she got her period at around 2PM and then around 8PM she took the Plan B Pill. Since then, she's been very sick. She's had pain in her stomach and this past week has been throwing up at night around the same time. Last night, particularly, she felt hot and had a headache. Is this a sign of morning sickness or just a bad reaction with the Plan B pill? Is it even possible to be impregnated the day before your period comes? If this is a reaction with the pill, what could I do to make her feel better? She hasn't taken a test yet but she plans to. I've just been freaking out lately because we're both not ready for this.

Thanks in advance.
P.S she skips her period a lot if that helps you with anything

With a normal cycle, a woman will ovulate 2 weeks after the first day of her last period. (that's how they calculate when you get pregnant) so it isn't likely that she would get pregnant the day before her period came. I don't know much about the Plan B pill, but maybe see a doctor, or even just look up side effects of the Plan B pill. If she isn't pregnant, let this be a lesson and start using better methods of protection ;)
