Could I be pregnant after a miscarriage that happened 4 weeks ago?

Is it possible to be pregnant right away after miscarriage? I already have 1 healthy 5 yr old, and found out I was pregnant November 10th. Sadly, on November 15th I miscarried, I would have been 6 weeks. 2 weeks later I went back to my OB and she gave me the all clear to try again. This week I've noticed some pregnancy symptoms again, and even my husband noticed and asked. I had VERY light spotting yesterday, I have sore/ sensitive breasts, fatigue, and breaking out. Technically I should get my period any day this week, but I read a period after miscarriage can take a couple more weeks to return. I'm not sure if it's my period trying to come, my body still regulating, me being pregnant or if I'm just reading too much into this. Thank you!
