Sickness getting the best of me

Im not exactly sure if I am pregnant or not yet. Im waiting till the 23rd to test. Im ttc had sex of my fertile days before and after my fertile days as well. Taking a prenatal vitamin every morning. And so on. Ive bin having awkward cramps since ovulation and radomly feel sick to my stomach, like morning sickness. Is it to early to have morning sickness? According to the app it says I would be 2w and 2d. I have also had an unusual amount of discharge. Like it feels like im on my period and blood is comming out but everytime I go to the bathroom their is just a bunch of clear discharge. I feel like I need to wear a pad. Tmi sorry. Very awkward things going on. Anyone know whats going on or have advice?

I am not sure, but the same thing happened to me..I ovulated on the February 14th-16th and that following week I got sick and had back pain,chest pain running nose and all..I tested and it said negative,  so I suggest you wait it out..hope that helps
