May i be pregnant and not no it?

Ok now my last period was on may 7 and me and my hubby had sex every otherday between then and the 22 ok i had noticed i was urinating more and still is today and ive been hungry headaches and feeling tired more then usual ok now on the 21 of may i noticed a clear mucusy discharge wit a tinge of blood in it ok i had a few cramps here and there but nothing to bad now afta that i was an still is uribating more n is thirsty as i dont know wat , but anywho my period was supposed to come on the 4 th of june and it didnt nothing on the 5-7 but on the 7 i had kinda heavy bleedibg nothing to bad till the 9 then it stopped then nothing until the next day wich was kinda light then stoped now i called my doc n she told me i was in theright stages of concieving but since then ive been hot butterfly feelings in my tummy afta i eat im more hungrier then usual headaches thirstier n urinating more could i be pregnant n not no it. Plz someone help me

I took a test n it said negetive at first but then 2 hours later i checked it agan it said positive can i be pregnant

Some of your symptoms could possibly be related to you being pregnant such as your frequent urination and the spotting you had which could have been implantation, but the only thing I can think of to rule pregnancy out is to take a pregnancy test.
