Mirena removal and pregnancy?

I'm new to this stuff, but I had my mirena IUC in for 4 1/2 years with no periods at all the whole time and it fell out 4 weeks ago and I've had a lot of unprotected sex since then! I had very very light spotting two days after it fell out for only a day but nothing since then! Took two hpt one negative and one positive! Then I went to my local planned parenthood and had them test me and that was negative! Has anyone gotten pregnant immediately after the mirena was out?!? Please help!!!!

I have never had the Mirena  but it is said that you are really fertile after removal and the chances of pregnancy increases. Also I would see an obgyn for inserting it back in if you are not pregnant although my doctor told me if it is put in right it should fall out Blood test are better to confirm pregnancy

I personally have never had Mirena (I opted for the non-hormonal Paragard) but I know many others who have and became pregnant very shortly after removal. You need to see your doctor, and have a beta blood test done to check your hCG levels.
