Miscarriage Scare

So, I recently found out im pregnant (yay). According to Planned Parenthood im 7 weeks along, im not sure if that's correct, wont know till I get my first sonogram. Anyways, im VERY petite..im 20 years old, only 5'0 & 85 pounds (no i dont have an eating disroder, always been super small) anyways, because of my petiteness. . .im highly afraid that I have a HUGE risk for miscarriage. Is there anything I can do to prevent one?

Many women that are very small like you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Take your prenatal vitamins, eat as healthy as you can and get plenty of exercise. Walking is so great and can really help with your delivery. I walked every evening when I was pregnant and had an easy delivery.
Your Dr may want you to gain around 25 lbs. You can ask about that.
Try not to worry.
Oh, they go by your last period and add 2 weeks so you most likely conceived 5 weeks ago.
