Missed period, cramps, sore breasts, negative test??

My periods have always been pretty regular ever since I was 12 years old. PMS symptoms the week of, slight breast pain about 2 days prior, and cramps the day before and first day of my cycle. My cycle usually lasts about 25-28 days and I have never missed, nor have I been later than a day or two. For over a week now, I've had severe breast pain, my nipples have felt like they're burning, menstrual like cramps on and off throughout the day, a slight dull ache in my left ovary, frequent urination, and I'm starting to get small purple veins over my breasts.. and yesterday, I started having on and off light pink mucus type discharge. It only happens when I wipe. I've been wearing a panty liner to see if it transfers, but it hasn't. I'm not usually a spotter, my period always just starts flowing. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I've been urinating a lot more frequently, but the majority of it isn't a lot at a time. When I took my test, only a small amount of urine came out.. could the fact that I've been urinating frequently have altered the test results?
