Narcotic use in early pregnancy?

I'm wondering if anyone has taken narcotics early in pregnancy.. Ie.Percocet/dilaudid. Long story stort, I was diagnosed with kidney stones septemper 18th and found out I was pregnant a week later. The baby was planned but the stones were not, haha. Anyway, after finding out I was pregnant I attempted to stop using the Percocets, but the kidney stone pain was too severe to be controlled by Tylenol Alone and I resorted back to taking Percocet for pain maganement. I had these stones for nearly 2 months before the pain was so unbearable that I opted for surgery to remove them last week which involved removing the stones and placing a stent. The pain was so unbearable from the stent that I ended up in the ER and was kept over night for pain managment which involved.. you guessed it! More pain meds. In total I have been given percocet, fentenol, and dilaudid since all of this started. I'm doing much much better now, but I'm worried about the baby and it's physical/developmental development. Has anybody else gone through anything similar and what was the outcome?  Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure that I've ever heard of that.  What does it screen for?

I'm 11 weeks today. My OB has been informed every step of the way as far as how they were treating my pain. I've had several ultrasounds over the last few weeks (due to the kidney stones not the pregnancy) and they have checked the baby. I'm measuring accurate and there is a heart beat. They don't seem to have concerns at this point.
