Go to the hospital and ask for your hcg to be tested these symptoms can sometimes mean ectopic pregnancy or it could just be implantation bleeding

I moved far from where my doctor is and where I moved to I don't like any of the doctors and it would take me 45 minutes from where I live now to get to my doctor and I don't have a car and I don't have anybody else to take me...could I go to the hospital?

Miscarriage is normally associated with major pain. Lower back and cramps. Spotting during pregnancy can happen. Definitely go to the doctor asap to get tested. Like within 24 hours. Or go to a planned parenthood for a test.
