I have been on sesonquine birth control pill for 4months now its a pill that only allows you to have 4 periods a year 1 every 3months,  I had a light period the first month of taking it, and then i didn't have another one till i was suppost to, at the end of the third month, but it was very, very light and only lasted four days, it just didn't feel like a normal period to me.  Well i contuined taking the pills and about one week ago I started to feel movement in my belly, which i have two children so i know what baby movement feels like and this movement im having feels like a flutter.  So i stopped my birth control three days ago and i woke up this morning and im bleeding really heavy but i have no cramps, could i be pregnant cause im still feeling the movment, but im clotting and bleeding heavy but with no cramps, im so confused!!  HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

I last had unprotected sex with my boyfriend at the end of Sept.  I have had small on time periods, but small ones.  NOw I look like I may be showing.  Is there a chance I am pregnant?  My belly looks and feels unusual, but I have had periods-ish.

over a week now ive been having slight spotting, with one day of heaviness then it stopped completely, i was worried that i might be pregnant and having problems so i bought a pregnancy test, and it showed up a very very faint positive, at first i thought it was negative but then saw a very faded vertical line. then this morning i started bleeding heavy and cramping and i am very worried, because i was told if it was a miscarriage i'd have big clots and bad cramps, and ive been having small clots and moderate cramping like i'd have if i was on my period. its the weekend and i have no insurance and i cant go to the doctor, so i was wondering about some advice, should i take another test when the bleeding stops?

I love how everyone here takes this so seriously when not a single one of them claims an actual medical eduction...just to further the debate yes you can have a period in terms of shedding your uterine lining during pregnancy. Some women are different than others and you do not always shed the entire lining during pregnancy thus resulting in the "period during pregnancy" debate. it is a shedding of the uterine lining because you don't need all that old blood and tissue all the time. each baby positions differently. I have had it myself where I had a normally timed bleeding throughout the first 6 months of my pregnancy with my now 2 year old daughter. NO it's not normal in the sense that it is really friggen nerve wrecking to sit there and hope that you are not miscarrying and the doctors have no explanations for you but they do tell you that 1 in 4 women bleed regularly throughout the early stages of pregnancy. Just try not to stress yourself out by all the hype on here if someone here posted something that keeps you hoping than talk to that specific poster and don't worry about all the horror stories if you are fine there is no sense in stressing your self out because that just won't help and not to sound ruthless but if it is the worst and your doctors can't help you than it is pretty much a wait it out type deal. Don't be scared to go to the doctors and don't be scared to ask questions you may be embarassed about. It can only hurt you if you don't ask.
