On iud with cramping and spotting

Could I be pregnant with Iud I've had the iud implanted one year ago. After my second child was born nursed him for one whole year and never got my first periods till December 20 of last year. The next time got it was January 25th I've been having lots of cramping here and there with some lower back pains. I'm on this diet pills called Phentermine I'm going on the third month on taking it. Ive been heavy flowing in December but this last one was light and I had it for four days and stopped 2-3 days then spot for 2 stopped one now it's back on to spotting. I was not supposed to get it till the 22 of this month. I've felt nauseous here and then. Feeling bloated breast tingly once in a while. I've been working out for 2 1/2 months had dizzy spells. Having head aces. Some days feeling stressed, tired, emotional, aggravated. I didn't take a pregnancy test yet. What should I do? Or could there be something wrong with me? Some one help me I need to know what to do

I've heard of the iud having similar symptoms as pregnancy, but I myself have never had an iud. If you're not sure, then take a test. No one here can tell you if you're pregnant or not.
